The Minnesota Chapter of the Community Associations Institute recently awarded the  Homeowner Association of the Year to Glen Edin of Edinburgh Homeowners Association of Brooklyn Park.  The Award recognizes the outstanding team effort of an association board and homeowners whose members clearly understand their roles and fiduciary responsibilities putting the association’s interest ahead of and above all personal agendas. With a goal of superior upkeep of the association at lowest possible cost, members have sought and secured active volunteering of the residents.
